Introducing…

The Burfy!  These loveable creatures are magical pets that double as training tools and sometimes spies in 13 Demon Days.  They are formed from pure magic–or erelectra, as I call it–and tend to soak up and mimic whateve their owner does or says.  Kind of like a parrot crossed with a puppy in the form of a fluffy ball of hair.  With monkey tails.  And a really squeaky voice.

The little fellow above is made from yarn and pipe cleaners, but you get the idea.  A Burfy gets around by bouncing, and uses his tails to do most anything he likes.  Which leaves me with just one problem.  How do I bring mine to life?  I want a Burfy who can squeak and do tricks!

Okay, now I have to go google search Tribbles… Oh, that’s so funny! They do look kinda alike. Though I suspect mine are much more mischievous, and a lot more adventurous. Too cute!

I need a creature with its talents! This will be a collector’s item someday, you know. I love how you brought it to life! May he inspire many more books and make you laugh :).

Way ’til you see it in action before deciding if you want one–they do have an impish side! But then, so do ferrets and lots of other creatures we keep as pets, and we still love them. Does that make us suckers for punishment? 😉
