Lately my fun reading is all about Freemasons, Rosicrucians, the illuminati, and the history of such organizations as the FBI, CIA and NSA.  And where do I find reading material for such secretive organizations and societies?  At the public library, of course!

This, to me, encapsulates much of what I love about America and the freedoms we enjoy.  Of course I know we’ve got problems–I do live here, after all.  And I know we can’t even begin to agree on what those problems are let alone how to fix them.  But this week is about celebrating the foundation of America and I love that I can do that with whatever book I wish in my lap while I watch big booming fireworks and then set off a few at home that may or may not have been purchased just across the border!

Here’s to America, maybe she stay strong and cherish liberty!
