Well, we’re moving again.

This officially enters us in the ‘most nomadic family’ contest.   Of course, given that we buy a home with each move, this puts us at a disadvantage when pitted against contestants who live in homes that can move. 😉

The scheme to get a house with land, like the new one, has been one of those things that’s been coming on for years and years, and yet has also just erupted in the last couple weeks.   Literally, one week ago today I was calling the realtor to let her know that we’d be interested in meandering our way over some properties, but to please be patient as we knew it would take forever to find the right place.   Ha ha.

We are under contract on the new home, have spent hours at the property, have scheduled all the home inspections, etc., and we’re packing for the move.

Never listen to my predictions, or at least make sure you believe the opposite of what I say.
