Now that I’m a bestselling author, with 16 book tours behind me, I thought I’d pass out a few words of wisdom.
Err, yeah.
But I did find a great outline of how to have a successful book signing for those of you who do have this on your mind, and hey, no harm in looking to the future, right?
The site is Backspace, and the tips are given by J.A.Konrath, author of the thriller Jacqueline ‘Jack’ Daniels series.
His advice may be uncomfortable to implement, but I’ll bet it works. It also further demonstrates the need for a strong pitch. It’s nice to know all the hardwork put into learning a pitch for the benefit of agents and editors will be useful after the book sells.
